Opus Inspection designs, builds and operates vehicle inspection and certification programs for governments around the world. The company is a subsidiary of Opus Group, located in Möndial. Sweden, and is one of the largest vehicle inspection and certification companies in the world.

Opus Inspection has constructed, owns and operates over 25 vehicle inspection programs in the United States, Europe, and South America. In February 2015, Opus Inspection (Pvt) Ltd was awarded a 20 – years concession agreement to design, build and operate the Punjab Vehicle Inspection and Certification System (VICS). The Company and the Government have entered into a Public Private Partnership (PPP) to operate the program.
